At Pejam Tools & Equipment, we aim to make getting your tools and hardware fast, reliable, and affordable. We deliver to all major towns and regions across Kenya.

1. Delivery Coverage & Timelines

  • Countrywide Delivery: We deliver to all counties across Kenya.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days depending on your location.

  • Daily Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Rates & Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate Fee: We charge a simple, flat delivery fee of Ksh 500 for all orders, regardless of destination in Kenya or size of items.

  • In-Store Pick Up: You can choose to collect your items directly from our shop free of charge during operational hours.

3. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Applicable countrywide. You can inspect your package upon delivery and pay via Cash or Mobile Money (M-Pesa).

  • Pre-Payment: Online payments via M-Pesa or bank transfer are also accepted during online checkout at pejamtools.co.ke.

4. Store Location & Self-Collection

If you prefer to collect your order in person, please visit us:

  • Location: Millennium Building, First Floor, Room F9, Duruma Road, Nairobi, Kenya

  • Pick-Up Hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Status

Once your order has been dispatched, our customer support team or courier partner will contact you via phone or email to provide delivery updates and coordinate local drop-off details.

6. Damaged or Missing Items in Transit

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Notify the delivery driver immediately, or reach out to our team within 24 hours.

  2. We will arrange a replacement or refund under our 7-day free return policy.
